Ayan Collection sells clothing for men, women and children. Product details, prices and delivery are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is placed and form part of these Terms.

3. Getting Started

An order is confirmed once we agree on the design, size, price and delivery details in writing (usually on WhatsApp).
You share your delivery address and contact details so we can send your order to you.
Each order is separate; future orders are confirmed the same way.

4. Fees & Payments

Prices are confirmed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on WhatsApp before your order is placed.
Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed with you before the order is finalized.
Payment instructions are shared when we confirm your order.
Prices may change for new stock; your price is the one confirmed for your order.

5. Refund Policy

If you have any concern about a payment or refund, contact us at 0330 1467105 and we will review your case fairly.
If we cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Orders & Items

Photos show each design as accurately as possible; slight colour differences can occur due to screen settings.
Please check your size carefully before ordering; available sizes are confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
If an item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp and we will resolve it fairly.

8. Honest Expectations

We describe every design honestly. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens, and sizes can vary slightly by design — when in doubt, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.

9. Intellectual Property

Photos and content on this website are the property of Ayan Collection and are for your personal use only. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Designs and photos shared with you while ordering are for your personal reference only.

The content on this website is for general information. While we keep it accurate, product details may change; the version confirmed at order time applies.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
